Purchase Options

Every product on this Site is sold as a single one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no auto-refill shipments, no memberships, no prepaid plans, and no recurring charges of any kind.

You are charged once, for the order you place, at the price shown at checkout. When you want more, you place a new order yourself. Nothing renews on its own.

You do not need to create an account, log in, or manage a customer dashboard to buy from us. Checkout works as a guest, and your order confirmation and shipping notification arrive by email.

Because nothing recurs, there is nothing ongoing to cancel. If you need to change or cancel an order you just placed, email hello@rhizomaticgardens.com with your order number as soon as possible.

• Before a shipping label is generated, we can change the address, swap the product, or cancel and refund the order in full.
• We usually pack orders within one business day, so please reach out quickly.
• Once the order has shipped, it is covered by our 30-day promise instead.

If a product is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your ship date and we will refund or replace it, opened or unopened. The full terms are in our Refund and Return Policy.

We may update this Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new Effective Date and Last Updated date.
