How to Use the Focus Stack
- Morning
- Take 1 LOCK IN capsule earlier in the day on an empty stomach with at least 8 oz. of water.
- Midday or afternoon
- Take 1 LOCK IN Mini capsule with at least 8 oz. of water for an extra boost of focus.
- Evening
- Nothing. Neither jar is meant for bedtime. Do not exceed the suggested use on either label.
- Other Ingredients
- Both jars use a bovine gelatin capsule shell.
