How to Choose Your First Rhizo Stack

You do not need to take everything. Start with the one part of your day that bothers you most, then build from there.

The question: there are four formulas. Which one do I start with?

The short answer. Start with the zone that is costing you the most right now. One formula, used consistently, tells you more than four formulas used casually.

If focus is your priority, start with LOCK IN. This is for people who sit down to work and find their attention sliding off the page, or who feel mentally scattered by mid afternoon.

If sleep is your priority, start with REM. This is for people who fall asleep late, wake up at 3 a.m., or wake up in the morning feeling like the night did not count.

If all-day energy is your priority, start with All About Movement. This is for people who feel flat, who fade in the afternoon, or who want steadier fuel for training, work and everything in between.

If digestion is your priority, start with Digestive Orchestra. This is for people whose stomach is the loudest part of their day.

If focus and sleep are both a problem, many people end up pairing LOCK IN during the day with REM at night. That combination is The Foundation Stack, which exists because those two zones tend to pull on each other. Bad sleep wrecks focus. A racing mind wrecks sleep.

How to actually evaluate it. Use one formula consistently, keep the rest of your routine roughly the same, and pay attention for a few weeks. Notice specific things, like whether the afternoon slump moved, or whether you woke up fewer times. Vague impressions are hard to learn from.

The takeaway

· You do not need to take everything.

· Start with the zone you most want to support.

· Give it consistent time and pay attention to specifics.

· Add a second formula only when the first one has told you something.
